Using this site

Terms of use

These terms of use explain what you can expect from this website. The main point: our pages give general information to help you understand your teeth, but they cannot diagnose you. Only a dentist who examines you can do that.

In short

  • Our pages are general information, not a diagnosis or a treatment plan.
  • In an emergency, call us or go to a hospital. Do not rely on the website.
  • Prices are shown with a date and are confirmed only after an examination.
  • These terms follow the laws of Nepal.

These terms explain how this website may be used. They are not legal advice. Last updated 30 October 2026.

About this website

This is the website of our dental clinic. By using it, you agree to these terms. Our clinic’s contact details are on our contact page.

Information, not a diagnosis

The pages on this site explain dental problems, treatments and costs in general terms. They are written and checked by registered dentists, as our editorial policy explains. But they cannot tell what is happening in your own mouth.

  • Reading a page is not the same as being examined.
  • Nothing on this site is a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a promise of a result.
  • Every mouth is different. A dentist needs to examine you to know what is right for your teeth.

In an emergency

Do not wait for a reply to a form or message if you are in danger.

Go to a hospital emergency department, or call 102 for an ambulance, if you have

  • swelling of the face, mouth or neck that makes it hard to breathe, swallow or open your eye
  • bleeding from the mouth that will not stop
  • a serious injury to the face or jaw, or a head injury with fainting, vomiting or double vision

For an urgent dental problem, such as a knocked-out tooth or severe toothache, phone us so we can tell you what to do.

Prices

Prices on our prices page and treatment pages are shown with the date they were last set, for example “as of October 2026”. They are a guide.

  • The cost of your treatment depends on what a dentist finds when they examine you.
  • Before any treatment starts, your dentist will tell you the expected cost and what it includes.
  • If the price on the site and the price list at the clinic differ, the clinic’s current list applies, and please tell us so we can fix the site.
  • You will get a bill or receipt for every payment.

Booking

Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Our team will contact you to confirm. Please do not send detailed medical history through the form; our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.

We link to health bodies, laws and research so you can check our sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content. A link does not mean they endorse us, or that we endorse everything on their site.

The text and original diagrams on this site belong to our clinic. You may share a link to any page or print a page for your own use. Please do not copy our pages to another website. Photos are used under the licences listed on our image credits page.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep this site accurate and up to date, and we correct mistakes when we find them (see our corrections policy). But the site is general information, and we cannot be responsible for decisions made from it without seeing a dentist.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of Nepal. If you have a concern about our care, please see our patient rights page, which explains how to make a complaint.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Questions people ask

Can I rely on the cost estimator for the final price?
No. The estimator gives a rough range from the price drivers you choose. Your dentist will tell you the cost of your own treatment after examining you, before any work starts.
Is booking on the website a confirmed appointment?
Not yet. Sending the form is a request. Our clinic team will contact you to confirm a time.
What should I do if I have severe swelling or cannot breathe properly?
Go to the nearest hospital emergency department or call 102 for an ambulance. Swelling that affects breathing or swallowing needs hospital care straight away.
